Is $40 really a deal for this game anymore? It's regularly this or lower
this game has been out for a few months? I think this is the cheapest this has ever been..
This is the remaster of RDR which was released recently, are you thinking of RDR2?
Edit: wording is ambiguous, "port" to PS4 seems more accurate rather than remaster

RDR 1 on PS4 now runs at 4K and it got a post-release patch to also run at 60 fps, which is notable because it's the first time the game is playable at that frame rate.
The original game was bound to 30fps, and the later backwards compatible version on Xbox One X/Series S | X only got a resolution boost to 4k, but not 60 fps uplift.
Given RDR1 is also still not released on PC (why?!), this is the best way to play the first game for many who care about having both 4k resolution and 60 fps.
how does this compare to xbox 360 version running at 4k on series x?
There's a 60fps patch for the ps4 version on ps5.
