Woolworths 10% off: Everyday Extra vs. Mobile

I have both the Everyday Extra subscription and the mobile plan which both carry the 10% off one shop.

I think that my EE promo got used instead of my mobile one when I shopped today. The mobile one you can only redeem in store but the EE one you can redeem either in store or online. I would have obv preferred the mobile one to be used at checkout since I also do shops online, but I just got a prompt of "do you want to use your 10% now?" and I clicked yes.

Is there a way to pick which one of the two you use? I'm pretty sure both EE and my the mobile plan are linked to my everyday rewards card. I only got the new extra sub cause it was half price for black friday and so didn't really run into this problem before.

    I also have access to both but don't make online orders - when I redeemed last night it definitely didn't ask me which offer I wanted to use.

    If I'm not mistaken usually for me it always asks whether to use the everyday extra discount first, then if you select no and have an everyday mobile offer it asks if you want to use that one next (which you can then select yes to).
