Deals on Macbook M1 Air?

Hi all,

Is there any current deals at all on m1 air base model?
I held through during boxing day as there was really no sales apart from the 10% harvey norman gift card that expired in 30 days and I’m starting to regret not pulling the trigger on that one.

Would really love to get it any cheaper than the current $1297 at office works, which I have a feeling will rise up in price soon.

Any current or upcoming deals? Or should I just bite the bullet for $1297

Appreciate any help.

    Fb or gumtree market place, especially if they have the receipt/proof of purchase

    Or wait around for discounted discards and use them when there’s a MacBook sale :)

    Apple's refurbs are priced at $1,359 so any lower for brand new is good.

    I did that just before Christmas and got it for $1186.

      Wish I could do this but space grey and silver are both out of stock at officeworks.

      They reckon they can’t do it because the model number is not listed on their website … despite me explaining there is only 1 2020 m1 MacBook Air with 256gb etc.

        Officeworks does check the model number matches. The emporium website does list the SKU as MGN63X/A-BN right under the title on the page. The Officeworks guy had looked it up on the website, copied the SKU and then searched for it on the Officeworks site and when their laptop came up, said they can price match it. Other things he checked were item was in stock and delivery was free.

        They Just did it for me. I called on online number and they matched it.

    Black friday was a good deal.. if you got 10-15% Apple gift cards from before. And buy on Apple website and stack with Shopback

    I need to get a MacBook for my daughter going Years 7 this year. I am on very tight budget too and her High School recommended her to get a MacBook at least. Not only that, but I was just wondering is this entry level 2020 model with 256gb storage sufficient for her to use finishing her year 12?
