Yes I hate it when I can bios mod a $1049 GPU that allows it to perform within a few percent of a $1799 GPU (5070ti)

These can be flashed with a bios that brings this up to 9070 XT levels of performance

You can manually tune fans to be a bit quieter. Also undervolting helps
