I have a very old Austral lock that needs to be replaced. Here is the image of the lock.
The exact model doesn’t seem to exist anymore. I chatted online at Austral site and the support personnel couldn’t give me a definite answer about which one to get. Has anyone replaced such a lock before? Please suggest a compatible lock if you have any knowledge about it.

Remove lock, go to place that sells such locks (eg Bunnings or somewhere more competent if you need assistance), find model that lines up as suitable replacement.
Seems like it would be more likely to succeed than trying to find a suitable option from people looking at a photo?
I did this with an old lock and they had a replacement by some unknown brand.
Go to an aluminum window /door manufacture they will have replacements to fit.
Take the old one to compare it to new ones
Haven't replaced this exact handle. A few months ago I replaced a similar one with a random one, from what I could see they are fairly universal. Every single screw was in the same position. The only difference I found like yours it had two rivets. The replacement has screws instead. Which worked fine anyway in the same holes. You could obviously still rivet the new one if you preferred.
