It will be release during the final of the tournament. The date for the final hasn't been announced yet but it will be sometime towards the end of January.

Thanks, I've changed the end date. The rules still state: "On or before 31/01/24 (Pending the Community Tournament Final". so I guess the tournament ended up being delayed
