    I have this lens and it's great. For this price, definitely worth considering if this focal range is what you're after. I often use it for videoing on a gimbal.

        Yup, landscape orientation for groups of people dancing is what I mostly shoot using this lens. Can fit a big group into the shot. Also handy when it's tight and you don't have much space. The F1.8 comes in handy when filming in darker environments too.

      I don't think so. I had ordered an A7 IV after a price match, thinking that they would honour the 10% cashback at the time but after many many months and multiple follow ups, they still didn't. I wouldn't have ordered it if they weren't going to honour the cashback.

            @Jimothy Wongingtons: Clearly this is a wide angle lens not a macro lens however there are wide angle lenses that have strong macro performance. Anyone can post a random assumption/option of something they have never used before. 😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣👆😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

          Macro and wide-angle just don't go together….
          You want at least a 50mm for Macro on a 35mm full frame.

      The focal length is decent for group/family. I tend to shoot families with 35mm but 20mm gives that extra width.

      This is not a lens for close up/macro as it’s minimum focusing distance is not good enough

        There's no reason why they are allowed to do this. Sony should provide the cash back since many people bought items with this expectation. To make it worse, they honoured it before and just suddenly without any notice or communication they reneged on the cash back. This should be illegal in my opinion.

          Did their T&C change? If not, they have no reason to decline the cashback since they have been approving cashback before.

          I am not sure if the issue is with cashrewards or with Sony, as I checked the T&Cs at cashrewards and it says nothing about price matched items being ineligible. If Sony isn't giving any cashback on pricematched items, then they should clearly state that.

            @afayd: It's not just Cash Rewards. It's also happening with Shopback. It's definitely Sony. And no, there's no change in the T&C for Cash Rewars or Shopback so that's why I think they (Sony) should not be allowed to do this.
