    Ice break\breaka has a lot more sugar and no where near the protein. Energise is worth it. You're confusing these with 'normal' up and go.

      Breaka only has marginally more sugar, some of which will be lactose and only marginally less protein while advertising itself as a chocolate milk, unlike Up and go which tries to market itself as a health product.

        lol you're clearly stretching the meaning of the word "marginally", r3volt.

        from the links you gave the difference in a 350ml drink would be (Up&go vs Breaka)
        protein: 20.7g vs. 13.65 (more than 50% more or 7.05g)
        sugar: 25.6g vs 37.8g (almost 50% more sugar in Breaka or 12.2g)

        Either you are ignorant of the meaning of marginally or completely blind in your assessment of the nutritional value of the drinks.
