        Ah, right. I was gonna say, Sheridan stuff is usually good, unless it's gone down the pan since I last bought towels from them which was about a year ago. I only ever buy on sale though, their RRP is ridiculous.

          @j1nx: Yeah Sheridan quality is fine. I agree re: their stupid RRPs, the Sheridan Outlet has ~60% off fairly often and things end up priced reasonably for what they are.

            @park: Actually, from what I've heard "Sheridan Outlet" is somewhat deviously a completely separate brand and line to the main "Sheridan". The ranges and items sold by SO are manufactured specifically for SO at a lower quality point.

            This is what I've read in a few places, but happy to be corrected by anyone who knows more on it.

              @nateboy: I've been rotating between the same two bath towels I bought from SO in early 2017 and they're still fine. Realistic that I'll get 20 years out of them at this rate.

              I'm not disagreeing with you about the different ranges, but in my experience the quality has been good.
