Often short dated, but sugar drinks still taste fine , the sugar free sweetener degrades with time , so sugar free that's too old tastes like salty water.
@d2567: Some do and some zero sugar don't. I feel with the bottles it depends how their stored. Laying them flat like a wine bottle will cause the fizz to dissipate.
I just drank a red bull zero sugar that was over 1-year past BB date and it didn't taste much different from a fresh one.
