TopCashBack Payout to Bank Account

So I've got some confirmed earnings on my TopCashBack account. I added a bank account yesterday and confirmed via the email which I received (The payout details registered to your account have recently been updated. To continue, please confirm this recent change to your payout details.)

After this, I could see the option for Bank Transfer was greyed out under the Payout tab. I thought it would take some time as I've just linked my bank account. Come back today more than 24 hours later and no change. The option for Bank Transfer is still greyed out and there is an option for PayPal underneath the greyed out Bank Transfer option. This one says "add PayPal details".

Do I have to wait longer or is this a glitch? Anyone from experience can say how long it took for the Bank Transfer option to be available after linking your bank account with TopCashBack?

What did TCB say when you asked them?

    • I haven't contacted customer service yet. Wanted to confirm with others here if I just need to wait some more before I contact them tomorrow.

TCB is a scam. I tried to claim my cashback and it never went into my bank account. When I lodge a query they claim that I have multiple accounts as several of us in the same household opened TCB accounts and they are closing all our accounts and forfeiting our cashbacks. Do not ever buy through them.

that's because all your accounts come from the same ip address.
Shopback and Cashreward have the same rules.
Know the rules before you join the party.

Firstly, TCB is NOT a scam.

Secondly, based on a similar post, it appears your accounts were flagged, likely because you're either accessing multiple accounts from the same device, or accessing multiple accounts from the same IP address. If you take a look at the responses in that thread, it appears that all TCB ask is that you provide receipts showing names that should match up to their corresponding 'Family Members' accounts (Which is fair and reasonable imo), so provided those 'Family Member Accounts' don't have receipts for 'naruto128's real name' then you should be good.

I added my paypal account and have no issue with earning cashback or payout at all since I joined TCB.

  • I'm tagging the @TopCashback AU Rep as they may be able to provide a quicker reply instead of raising a ticket through TCB

  • i dont know if this helps but it took about 3 days before i got my cash in my bank account i got it yesterday and im pretty sure i applied for it on like Sunday

    What is your 'Payable' balance?

If the earnings are 'Confirmed' but not 'Payable', you won't be able to cash them out until they become payable.

When you go here, it will tell you how much is payable and you can cashout.

If it says $0, that is why bank transfer is greyed out. Balance must be at least $0.01.

    • Thank you. This is where I got too excited and thought it's ready to withdraw (payout). I am mostly using Cashrewards and "confirmed" for Cashrewards means it ready to withdraw. Learnt something new today :)

  • I tested myself: add bank details under Payout, then check email to confirm the change. Then under Earnings there should be a button to Payout Now. It's true that somewhat weird that I still have to add a bank details, I didn't do again, instead I logout. When I signed back in, I click withdraw earning again, this time bank transfer is allowed, confirm the anount, put in secret answer to your security question, then click on confirm payout.

Hi @elecpurch, your cashback needs to reach 'Payable' status before you can withdraw it. It'll remain at 'Confirmed' status until the retailer transfers us the funds of your cashback. Feel free to DM me the email address that you signed up with and also the transactions in question and I'll be happy to provide you with a payable date :)
