This appears to be slightly better for significantly less. Double the RAM, extra USB port, bigger battery and longer run time etc.

    • The deal you posted doesn't include postage, neither deal shows that it includes an Australian charger. Plus the image on the website for the deal at the top shows 3 USB ports.

But the battery on your deal, the larger RAM and that it already has a newer version of Android installed makes it more appealing.

Personally I wouldn't buy either, because even though both products look good for the price I don't trust the build of the products via pictures nor do I trust the websites themselves.

      • It does include shipping.

        But otherwise, agreed.

    1024 X 600 Resolution screen

    I stopped reading after that.

Dreadful. Even the most miserable used Atom netbook will offer better performance, massive amounts of legacy software and luxuries like an actual ~200gb HDD drive rather than 4gb.

Battery: 2100mAh (Standby Time: 2.5 hours; Operating Time approx 1.5 hours*) ….

I could not recommend this to my worst enemy

    • Yep, I have an awesome little Aspire One purchased secondhand for $100.
The battery isn't the greatest, but it does the job on the rare occasions I need to use it away from the wall.

  • Most android apps require a touch screen, so I wonder how functional this device really is.

Since when Internet Explorer has a port for Android?

  • There is way too much inaccuracies here. Dodgy much?

  • It's speculation but with that battery it should get a week of standby time like my Optus My Tab (ZTE V9).

The Kogan tablets all had similarly shocking battery life and it was due to bad firmware.

Anybody else notice this unit hasn't even got bluetooth ? This is a standard Android feature.
