      • You can also always upgrade the ram later on if you find that you need it.

  • Any build with built in wifi?

  • what is your contact number and address?

  • @luketechfast Any possibility for an upgrade to a 3060ti or 5600?

    • that's interesting… when I checked their site yesterday you could also choose 5600 (and even 5700x, from memory).
Now it's gone… either they ran out, or it was misconfigured in the first place…

  • Do these come with an operating system? I had one in my cart ready to go, not sure if it was the same website, but when it came to checkout it wanted another $150 for an operating system which blew my budget so I had to cancel the order.

    • I belive for free comes with Linux mint or you can buy a cheap windows 11 key online and install it yourself.

      • I just installed windows 11 and never activated it. It still works with a little nag. Not sure whether it will work forever though.

  • Picked up 2 AMD systems.
    Thanks for excellent deal :)

  • How does this pc compare to this one?
    https://www.alliedgamingpc.com.au/product/allied-stinger-a-r…

(I own the one from allied, paid 2k 😂

    • Allied one includes

      wifi usb
      windows home retail
      1tb NVME
      White cable sleeves

so it's better but it's not nearly double the price better.

  • How would the intel stack up against a base model mac mini m2 for light gaming, graphic design and general productivity?

Hey what is the performance of diablo 4 on these systems? And is there a good way I can figure this out next time myself without relying on the generosity of time from others?

  • @luketechfast You guys need to amend your estimated dispatch times so as not to mislead customers. Please have a look at my order TF4875119322 it's been over 10 business days with no communication from your team notifying me of any delay nor the reason thereof (other than my emails asking for an update).

  • What are those Zotac cards like ? Ive always bought gigabyte or asus !

  • how long will it take to ship to melbourne

    RTX 3060 is around $430
    https://www.msy.com.au/product/msi-geforce-rtx-3060-ventus-2…

So you are paying $270 for the rest of the build.
    Great value.

There is no option to upgrade the Mobo & CPU on both systems?

  • Is this expired? Showing as $899 for me.

    • I think you gotta key in the discount code mate; it is 5500-3060-JAN or 12400F-3060-JAN

  • Is the case large enough to fit newer graphics cards?

  • can i split payment at checkout or some other way?

  • Would the R5 5500 be suitable to play the sims on?Thats all my wife wants to do for a new desktop.

    • Yep more than fine.

  • Do any of these come with integrated Wifi?

  • How many of these do you have in stock?

  • I Don't know how this Sale works but when i click the link it says $899 instead of $699. can some one please explain. thank you

  • Hello, I was wondering if you did pick up in sydney? thanks

  • Damn, AMD one has sold out.

    @luketechfast more budget builds please!

Ordered the Boxing Day i9 4090 system fully optioned @ $5k. Reached out to them to discuss the possibility of upgrading some of the components further (at my additional cost of course). After complete lack of communication for days and days at a time, I was informed no modifications or cancellations were possible because components were already ordered and staff scheduled to complete the build. They refused to provide a phone number or call me. Disappointed, but accepting, I ordered the MSI Thunderbolt expansion card compatible with the motherboard in this deal. After being assured it was due to ship imminently, over a week later I received an email stating they don’t even have the motherboard they sold me a month ago, and can’t even provide an ETA for when they will. I will be lodging a dispute with my credit card company. Purchase at your own risk, you’ve been warned.

    Hey guys,

Would it possibly be too late to cancel this order by any chance?

    TechFast - 4th of Jan

    Hi Dan,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, we are not able to simply cancel your order at this stage.

Upon receiving an order, we immediately begin processing the order. As every PC we sell is customisable (or made-to-order), this includes ordering stock, committing staffing resources, administrative work, and other related procedures, all of which represent a cost to our business. Therefore once an order is placed we cannot accept a cancellation and offer a full refund, be it for change of mind or any other reason, without cost.
Cancellations can be handled in two ways:
    1) Order cancelled and refund issued for 75% of the total cost, 20% will be provided in the form a one time use coupon and 5% will be kept by us to cover the fees associated.
    2) Order cancelled and a credit for the full amount provided, in the form of a coupon code to use on our website at any other time. This can be used in one full amount or multiple partial amounts.

Please let me know your thoughts on this, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

    Me - 4th of Jan

Cheers for the quick reply Caleb!

Any chance you guys could match this deal instead?

    \<snipped out of respect \/\>

I don’t care so much about the case or RGB. But the better RAM, mobo and GFX card.

Do you guys have a phone number that I could call for a chat?

    Me - 5th of Jan

    Hey guys,

Just following up on this one. Would love to sort this out one way or another :)

    TechFast - 5th of Jan

    Hi Dan,

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner.

Unfortunately, we don't have an active phone line at the moment.

We aren't able to do any price matching sorry, these systems are already quite heavily discounted.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Me - 5th of Jan

No probs man, I’m sure you guys are busy!

Yeah I understand guys, it’s ok if you guys are more expensive, but are you able to do a similar build with ASUS Strix mobo, GFX and faster RAM? Happy to pay more than PCCG if it’s a fair price :)

    TechFast - 12th of Jan @ 7:30PM (a full week later)

    Hi Dan,

Unfortunately, we don't have a phone line at this time and all inquiries are handled via email at the moment.

We aren't really able to deviate from the original configuration aside from the upgrades listed on the options in the build page.

We don't really do custom builds and all stock is based on what is available at the time, and what is mentioned on the ozbargain page.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Me - 13th of Jan

    When will it arrive approximately?

TechFast - 15th of Jan (2 days later)

    Hi Dan,

It should be shipping out this week and will likely arrive to you early-mid next week.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

TechFast - 23rd of Jan (over a week later)

    Good afternoon Dan,

I hope this email finds you well.

We are just reaching out in regard to your boxing day order placed with us.

Firstly, we would like to thank you for your patience during this busy period, and particularly after facing these delays on your order.

An update on where we are currently at with these orders. Unfortunately, these delays experienced are due to an issue with our shipment of the MSI PRO Z790-P WIFI motherboards offered with these builds. Due to circumstances outside of our control, the shipment has been delayed to us and is expected to arrive to us some time early next week.

We have been able to source an alternative motherboard, the Gigabyte Z790 Gaming X AX which we are expecting to receive tomorrow. If you would be happy to swap to this alternative, we can process your order with the utmost priority upon receiving the shipment of motherboards.

If you would prefer to stick with the MSI motherboard, we will process your order ASAP as soon as they arrive to us.

Due to this delay, we will be processing a refund of $50 for your order for the inconvenience.

Please let me know your thoughts on this, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

And again, thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Me - Jan 23rd @ 9:18pm

    Guys,

This whole process has been an absolute farce. I asked to cancel the order. After an absurd back and forth via email, and flat refusal to even call me, you said it couldn’t be done because you had already ordered the components and scheduled staff to build it. Then what, a month later, after I’ve already purchased an MSI thunderbolt 4 expansion card for a PC you’ve forced me to proceed with, now you’re telling me you indeed dont have stock of the motherboard and can’t even give an ETA for when you will.

At my earliest convenience I will be lodging a dispute with American Express. This is unacceptable. At this point the alternate deal I wanted to buy is now gone. So thanks for that too. Do better.

      Update:

Just got a call from Caleb. The current ETA for the original MSI board is next Monday, so the completed system should hopefully arrive to me in the next 1-2 weeks. Assuming that’s what plays out, then fair enough, these things happen.

He also explained they order the parts in bulk on consignment and as such don’t have standing stock of other parts that can be substituted.

      Appreciate the call Caleb 👍.

My order has shipped. For once Techfast lives up to their name!

    • Please do a review of it when it comes. People would like a clear picture on what to expect….

  • Ordered this on the 17th. Still hasn’t been shipped, only email I received was the payment confirmation.

  • Hi website shows you accept payment method other than card like Afterpay and zip but at checkout none of these options are there?

  • @luketechfast any chance the AMD $699 will come back in stock at any point?

  • +1

Ordered on 17th, received today. Appears to have arrived in good condition. Will check shortly

    • was it air padded inside the case?

      • Mine has arrived very well padded inside the case with those little plastic air pockets, no issues at all - really well boxed and protected.

  • Anyone get an Allied A750 power supply with their R5500 build? Is it a 750w PSU?

  • Have you guys considered to sell parts by itself, like say 16GB RAM, or Motherboard, cases etc. Would be great for someone who wish to build their own RIG.

  • @luketechfast, any chance you would get theAMD or a similar back in stocks?

    • Not at this stage sorry
