    Is there a prep requirement before applying this? Will rust under the undercoating continue to decay the vehicle?

      Surfaces must be free of dirt, dust, oil, grease and any contamination that may interfere with adhesion. Remove loose paint and rust with a wire brush or sandpaper. Lightly sand glossy surfaces.
