I usually make sure i have the latest app update before i buy and always tracks. The only time it didnt track is when the app was not updated
The last 2 times I was using the latest browser plugin
and the latest app with me - but couple of times, it didn't track
In my case I've had 4 orders in the last 4 months all track without issue from Adidas/Shopback

Lodge a missing cashback claim. The one that disnt track was later approved after i lodged the claim. I even screen shot the order confirmation with order number within shopback app so they have no excuse to reject.

@easternculture: Hey EC. I have never had a failed transaction in years either.. ..until now (Puma, black friday purchase).
Weird thing is that it tracked and was pending..but then got rejected. I lodged a ticket (as I have a screenshot and an invoice). But they still denied it based on a "Puma update issue". Whatever that means?
So the dispute process apparently doesnt always work. New for me.
Chargeback time with my cc provider I guess.

Same, I got rejected saying that I had AdBlock on, I used Safari exclusively with only ShopBack and Cashrewards installed. Also if it doesn't track, maybe SB shouldn't display a big green check saying its activated.
This is why i always use the app to buy. Screen shot confirmation page which app showing in background. No excuse to reject claim
Both times where it didn't track… The sb plugin showed green… The plugin is a load of cr@p

Is it $30 cap per transaction or account? Should split purchases to be as close to $100 to maximise cashback.
Thanks OP, have found Adidas and ShopBack tracking flawless and it’s shown up every time for me. I’ve also tried Cashrewards 4 times with Adidas except not one tracked. Both instances used the ShopBack/Cashrewards app.
I’d recommend ShopBack over Cashrewards any day in terms of tracking reliability.
The upsized cashback is always short.
Now shows 15% cashback
Every time these deals pop up with extra cash back the adidas shop says my cart is empty yet I can add an item and then it says I’ve added too many. The app works fine but doesn’t get tracked.
Don't count on anything getting tracked…
