TA's Tracking Tips:

  • Prior to using TopCashback, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave and close any additional browser tabs.

What will stop me getting my cashback

What else is essential

Can I cancel my felix subscription?

  • You can cancel your subscription with felix at any time with no exit fees. You can also pause your subscription if you prefer for up to 119 days, after which time your account will be suspended.

  • To cancel, head to the felix mobile app > Settings > Phone and service settings > Cancel my service > Yes, cancel my service.

  • After cancelling, you can still use your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.

How does the payment cycle work?

  • Your felix plan automatically renews on the same day each month from the day your mobile service is activated. If your renewal date is the last day of the month, it will remain that way ongoing (no matter how many days there are in the following months) unless your subscription ends and you resume it on a different day.

  • The renewal will occur automatically at around 11:59 PM Sydney time on your renewal date, unless you decide to switch your number to another provider, pause, or cancel beforehand. This renewal date is determined by when you activated your physical SIM or the date you chose to bring your number across with eSIM.

  • Any credit in your felix wallet will automatically be applied towards your renewal amount.

    • i went with 50GB plan , not the unlimited one. speeds similar to previous Telstra MVNO (Superloop) for me in greater BNE areas

    • YMMV of course but for me the time I was with felix was literally the best mobile provider I've been with.

  • Tracked successfully on 30th May and then declined by the retailer on 13th Aug. Proceed with caution! Used codes listed on the website and did a number port-in. Not sure if targeted only to new customers or if there is a waiting period to do a churn from another provider.

      Hi. I've just checked all Felix sales for May 30, and there's only one decline so I'm assuming it's yours. Given reason by Felix "Not activated within 30 days". Please screenshot the activation email or text you would have received from them on porting and shoot it to me via PM. If their claim is incorrect, I'll approve the transaction. Cheers!

  • Signed up last night to the 50gb/$15 plan through TCB app at around 9:30 AWST and port in was done around 4am AWST this morning and service is active but no tracking in TCB app yet? How long does it take to track usually?

      Just wondering if you had any tracking from TopCashback. How did you go with the free Trivago click?

      Here is a comment on non-tracking.

      As mentioned previously, for better tracking, use the TopCashback app, click through to the retailer's website (rarely retailer's app, only if eligible), use mobile data (not Wi-Fi) and Chrome browser. Mobile data has less risk of blocking tracking than Wi-Fi. Same with Chrome versus other browsers.

      Please submit a missing cashback claim. When you submit a claim now (before 7 days), it will be put ‘On Ice’. The claim will be automatically taken 'Off Ice' after 7 days and submitted. You may as well submit the claim now. It doesn't make any difference.

      If you're not familiar, here are the steps and what to expect:

      • Submit missing cashback claim here.

      • TopCashback does not add the tracking manually. You won't see it in the "Earnings" page initially. After the claim is paid, then you will see the transaction in your account.

      • You will get an automated email when you lodge the claim that states to wait several months. It would probably be a similar time frame if your order had tracked.

      • There is usually no response or communication while waiting for the claim to be approved. TopCashback will contact you if they need more info.

      • You can check on the progress of your claim or add further info here.

      • Any enquiries, please contact TopCashback support in this link.

      • Hi mate! Good memory on the trivago! That did work the 2nd time after your help! In regard to Felix I used wifi instead of mobile date so maybe that was the mistake possibly? How long do you think I should give it to maybe track before submitting a claim?

        • Your Wi-Fi could have blocked the tracking. Best to choose mobile data and Chrome for all future cashback offers.

          It's up to you if you wish to submit the claim now or wait 7 days in case it tracks.

    • Yes but not in the same order. Please make a separate purchase for each SIM for the cashback.

      Start all over again to ensure individual tracking. Click the pink button at TopCashback through to Felix website for each transaction.

    • Sorry to hear. I have shopped at CWH, Bonds, BWS, Amazon, Pizza Hut & Boost recently via TopCashback. All have tracked without issues.

      Not sure how you shopped but I only use the TopCashback app, click the 'Get Cashback' pink button to the retailer's website, use mobile data (not Wi-Fi) and Chrome browser. It's recommended by TA.

      Using Wi-Fi and/or browsers such as Firefox, Edge, Safari etc may block tracking. You would have to adjust the settings.

    Surprised that this SIM was express posted, in an upmarket (compared to other mailed SIM cards) sleeve, and even including a free gift of some plant seeds.

    • Same, impressive. Tracked quickly too.

  • This is currently $7/$8/$10 cashback on 25GB/50GB/Unlimited plans. And the 25GB and 50GB still keep you connected for the whole month, they're just throttled to 1.5Mbps once your initial data runs out.

    So $5.50 after cashback for the 25GB sim for a month if you don't need a lot of data/speed.
