Have been using this for a year now. For me it’s a hit and a miss as it leaves floor streaks even after using clean mop pads. I like the steam function but have stopped using it due to streak marks. Contacted their support and they didn’t offer any help !
Got one on Boxing Day. It’s pretty decent, at that price point it’s good. Steam function is a winner
No GG near me and could not get pricematch from HN or Joyce Mayne as the item is on back order. I could pay the extra $22 and have it delivered mid-Feb, but instead will take it as a sign from the universe not to buy!
