Best to print out the email/webpage as proof when requested. I find that works best and they cant dispute it.

Not too sure as it depends on the store and whether or not if they scan your card or accept your printout instead. Or whether the Muffin Break Card is a good system to know whether you redeemed one or not. My email didnt have any T & C and the weblink I provided is exactly what I got in email. Can you pick up a card in stores, or do you sign up and then they send it to you in a few weeks?
You have to pick up a card in stores and they activate it for you and you have to go online to put your details in so when its your birthday you get a free muffin. Also I believe on your very first card you get a free coffee but I cant recall if it is activated at the time of getting your card or when you put your details online.
How do they control people from registering a new card at each store location and getting a free coffee?
Not sure. As each store will give you the card and they will activate it for you right on the spot so I guess you can give them "fake" details for each store.
Is there a limit to how many you can claim throughout the offer period? Some of us buy coffee every work day so that's potentially a free bottle each time.
