IMO, no.
Some models have decent features sets but I've never seen one that has appealed to me. Many of them are huge and have(IMO) a gaudy appearance.
I had a 2012 coutura, i have big wrists, so i find the band pinches, had to sell it.
Thats why places like cash converters in full of coutura watches. Owners finally resign themselves that it's only worth $5 and cash converters is the only place that will pay up.
But they have sooooo many features in a sleek package - why would cash converters be the final destination for most couturas?
Actually i sold it 2nd hand for about half retail price.

I like my watches and have collected quite a few through deals posted here (thought I was going to go broke buying watches at one point…) but this, sir, is a butt ugly range of watches, and could safely say that had any of these been posted as a deal, I still wouldn’t have bought it.
Offering these watches up as “sleek” is a bit of a stretch, but if you like them, just get one, you don’t need random strangers on the internet telling you it’s ok to buy a watch that you like.
Since you are just talking about looks and not price, I like my Navitimer. Prettiest watch IMO.

That's different to what you first wrote and it's not a coutura. It's a grand seiko and worth 50x what OP likes.

Yes, for me it is a slimline one without the chronograph dial for a 'sleek' look OP is after.
