      When I worked there many moons ago the beef patty arrived frozen from factory. So essentially they cook from frozen and then you are freezing again and reheating, I wouldn’t do it!

      Also they microwave the cheese to melt it so your reheating twice in microwave

          Yes but that's not what's being questioned.

          It's whether it's wise to refreeze something that was already cooked, frozen, then recooked.

    So my order never came, I called the store, turns out they have 'no meat' and have turned off their menulog orders? Contacted menulog via chat because they don't have a number, the AI gave me $35 credit as refund, got the email, must order $1 more than voucher amount. So now I've had to re-order with an additional 7 burgers just to use the bloody voucher, and total cost increased from $30 to $40. Honestly, they forced me to buy more food, surely that is illegal right? I asked for just a refund but it came in the form of a voucher credit, which I couldn't use without spending more money?
    Crooks.

    I'll still eat them, but I won't be happy about it.

      Update, order delivered accurately and quickly, delicious and fresh burgers helping my hangry subside. Starting to get the meat sweats and only 6 burgers in, this could be a long night.

    My last 2 hungry jacks orders on uber eats (sydney metro - during the 50% promo) took 2 hours delivery. Absolutely insane, never had an uber eats order take longer than 45. Got refunded which is fine, but its crazy how HJ absolutely have no ability to manage increase order volumes during promos.

        Hungry jacks - because the driver had to wait there 1hr each time. Uber pulled the 50% promo early so im sure they were giving out mass refunds.

    Just finished my last cheeseburger from the freezer. Just as good as day one, not sure if that is a positive, but next time I order double
