Closest to Brisbane CBD with availability are Novotel Brisbane airport, ibis Brisbane airport that night. Personally I wouldn't burn a stay plus on those hotels.

Novotel Singapore on Kitchener is free as are a couple of Ibis hotels. A fair few others are coming up as being Stay Plus but they've got room charges (i.e., Swissotel which is still $281 AUD with stay plus).

No you will not be able to book Sails in the Desert for any dates at all. They make it impossible to book through the Accor website and subsequently won't honor the StayPlus nights, this is despite no restrictions, other than a minimum of 2 night stay, being outlined in the conditions. Their own website booking will have availability and Accor Plus dining benefits generally apply however.

Inner city Tokyo has free night availability on 11-12/3 and 25/3 check-in dates, though you are stuck with either Mercure Hibiya, Ibis Styles Ginza and Ginza East. Outer Tokyo and neighbouring cities (Mercure Haneda Airport, Yokosuka, Ibis Styles Tokyo Bay) has wide-open availability on all dates.
Seoul has free nights available on all dates on almost all of the Novotels.
Osaka has free night availability on all dates on the ibis/ibis Budget Umeda and Mercure Tokyu Namba. You can also co-pay $31 with the free night to get a room at the Swissotel on either 17-18/3 check-in dates, which I'd recommend out of the choices available in the city.
