If the noise cancelling is the most important feature, these are probably an excellent buy.

  • Is it ACTIVE noise cancelling or ADAPTIVE noise cancelling?

rtings review comments: "In addition to the adaptive ANC, you can also turn on manual ANC via the companion app. There are five modes with varying strengths, which is nice if you don't want full noise cancellation but still some degree of isolation."

      • Thanking you

I have these, and bang for buck I am impressed.
I had a slight issue with the pair I had and emailed them they sent a brand new replacement no questions asked.

  • Anyone used these at the gym? Are they firm enough to stay on when you lie down or jump around?
I've tried a dozen different in-ear buds and I'm beginning to think there does not exist a pair that fits my ears

I think you'd get quite hot and uncomfortable wearing these whilst working out

      • fair. I have the cheap Edifier ones that are lightweight but it lacks articulating joins so it doesn't seal very well, especially while horizontal

I get sweaty playing the PC in these. Everything else is super with them

  • That's a great deal. Bought mine a couple weeks ago for $188 after 10% discount for new member directly from them. Sound is great.

I have a pair of these that I use at work. I'm pleasantly surprised how good they are. I am definitely no audiophile, but honestly, I find that they are somewhere between 80-90% as good as the Sony XM5s that I use at home, which are ~3x the price.

Where they fall short is obviously a bit worse overall audio quality, not as good noise cancelling (but really great for the price) and the transparency mode isn't as good as the Sony's (but totally acceptable). I haven't done any real testing comparing microphone/call quality, but have never had any complaints when I use either of them… which I do get when I use any of my Shokz bone conducting headphones (aeropex, openrun & openrun pro) that I love so much :(

When the XM5s die, I am seriously considering replacing them with another set of these (or whatever the equivalent is at the time) and saving the extra cash.

Definitely recommend them if they are in your budget :)

    • Wow is it really like 80% the noise cancelling of Xm5?
