    The Vagastranda ultra firm is a good mattress. Bought it a year ago for 10% off and it's served me well

    I agree. Don't spend $$ on sealy etc. These are great value. I like the firm mattress Hovstag, but probably different model mattress now

    For mattresses, I normally recommend skipping Ikea after using it for decades and just going to something like zzz Atelier.

    Unrelated; Idasen Standing Desk $739 is one that I might recommend. I paid $799 when it was full price, now full price is $949??

      No way zzz atelier, I have both and prefer ikea over the former over a mile. Unless you really like saggy soft then zzz atelia is yours, you'll have to constantly watching over yourself when sitting at the edge to avoid falling over, the extra soft topper also hold heat so anyone having thermo regulation issues might need to put it in the fridge before sleeping on it.

        My ikea mattress is 2.5yrs old and not sagging. It's great.

        I like that I can go into ikea and at least try them first

        I went to the zzz atelier 'showroom' and all the mattresses were so soft and saggy

      Got the zzz atelier "QUEEN Mattress *5 Zone Pocket Spring Mattress Latex Foam EuroTop *Chiro Endorsed" in August 2018 and its still comfortable without noticeable deterioration.
      Maybe we just don't know mattresses or their quality changed 🤷‍♂️

      I'd also be interested. They have a lot of options in pocket sprung (with a substantial price variation) & its hard to determine the differences.
      I guess you need to go & try them, but any thoughts (good or bad) on the various models would be great.

      How'd you go with your research? Most of the 1 star reviews are people that bought the 'firm' version which they thought was too soft but you could probably avoid this by getting the extra firm model.

    Any idea on how to best get Ikea to price match a mattress that got purchased at full price literally 2 weeks ago? 20% difference is like $320 in our example!

      They don't do price refunds automatically. You have to return it to the store and then buy it back.

      They are excellent. I bought one 3 years ago during Covid and another today on sale.

      Mine is the IDASEN. $739 for the big size. 10 year warranty. Motor is strong. DOESNT move. Sturdy AF. Can’t beat it. It’s honestly a no risk purchase free returns if unhappy but this desk is rated highly.

    Out of curiosity, where did you get the finishing date to be 26/2? The T&C's are mentioning that it finishes on the 11/3. Worried as I want to purchase but need to confirm in store before if it is good but don't want to miss out on it

    Edit - Desks finish on 26/2, mattresses run till 11/3
