Whats your favourite Diffuser reeds?
Where do you buy that from?

  • Dont mind the Salt and Pepper Wanderlust series. Usually Myer when they have 50% off ($22 ea). New York is my favourite but seems to have stock issues lately.

    • thanks, how long these lasts for you?

      • Fair while, weeks/months I reckon? (I dont really keep track but Im not replacing them often).I then shove the reeds in smelly teen's wardrobe to counter stink. Works well 👍

  • Online from Mask. Their spray fresheners are pretty good too - just avoid the weird ones like cinnamon spice (unless you want your house to smell like a doughnut). I like the Byron Bay diffuser in particular.

  • They all smell like shit.

    Just light a match.

  • I've had a couple of the above mentioned salf&pepper wanderlust and they've been nice, albeit a faint smell.

I've also recently had a couple of the Air Wick Botanica range that often go on half price special at colesworth, and they have a really strong scent, so I'm enjoying those.

Good topic! I'm interested to find some more to try out.

I like palm beach. Tends to last a year, maybe 18 months.

The scent is quite strong so I only use 2/3 if the reeds.

    • ahh, I was thinking about this as well :

Ah no that’s the mini one, I meant the full size which is 250mL - 5 times the size and has 8 reeds.

The 12-18 months was the length it took to use all 250mL when I had all 8 reeds in it.

The mini one you linked has 50mL and 5 reeds.

But yes, that brand tends to have a strong scent. They’re also usually on display at stores like Myer if you have one nearby and want to check how strong they are.

  • Usually Glasshouse but have been experimenting with more premium offerings lately

  • Strange that this came up as a topic. I just purchased a refill from Musk yesterday because the previous scent finished. I found the cheaper ones stop working after a while and the scent is allot weaker but I found the Musk one kept going till the very end. The refill is $30 and it’s good for one and a half fills which makes it more economical. The reeds cost around $10 for replacements but I didn't purchase those. A new bottle/kit costs $45.

    Very well timed post!

  • If you're into the woody Aesop fragrances then I highly recommend the 'Woody' reed diffuser from Muji. $40 for a 180ml bottle + reeds and it smells amazing.
