    Searched before I posted and don't think I seen that deal, that's definitely bettered this.

    Only plus would be being able to buy from a physical store for this rather than having to deal with Dyson ebay for returns or faults.

      You wouldn’t be dealing with Dyson eBay for any faults. Once you have purchased from their eBay store, you’ll need to set up your machine number for warranty purposes and any faults you can contact Dyson directly

      I had an issue with the motor because I misused it and they sent a replacement with little questions asked

      only 1 year warranty vs 2 year for new so your paying $200 for a years warranty.

        Hmm this is super tempting. Can’t decide if I just pull the trigger on this or wait for a v15 or Gen5 but maybe not that important to have more power as I have a full size vacuum too.

      One of my mates bought from the Dyson refurbished in Sydney and he got a not so well refurbished item, which in turn they gave him a new one

        I bought a Gen5 refurb as XMas pressie for relatives (one of the deals I posted). Came looking as new but missed one tool, contacted Dyson and they sent it out immediately. Good customer service.
