First post so be kind please!

I was browsing Pet Circle for some cat food and came across this. Looks like a pricing error.
The Chicken and Kangaroo is significantly cheaper than other flavours, seems like the 8kg price should be 4kg, and 4kg price should be 2kg?

Free delivery to major areas with $49 order.

P.s. Don't forget further 5% off with auto-delivery.

Have Black Hawk fixed the issue with mould been found in their food?

I would imagine 4 years is enough time to remedy the problem.

I never saw any news or got any emails from them to say it has been rectified.

I've not bought any Black Hawk since then.

  • $56.68 delivered for 8kgs of grain free cat food? If they honour it, I'll be very pleased. Thanks, OP.

  • Just finalising my order and the 8kg bag is now coming up as $93.99/$89.30 with autodelivery

edit: I think the dream is well and truly over now, the 8kg bag showing up as $129.98/$123.49 (autodelivery).

  • It was fun while it lasted. 8kg comes up as 129.98 once off

Not good for animals at all

    • Apparently the formula has changed (and not for the better). SPD is the only brand I'll feed my dogs.

Ziwi peak, Providore and Eukanuba for mine

        • Ziwi Peak and Providore are also good options but unnecessarily overpriced IMO. Try Prime100 SPD one time. They're transparent with their fat content which is important. Heard good things about Eureka as well.

  • Pet circle have massively jacked prices on cat food I buy lately. 15-20% in six months.
