Honestly too expensive given the tech involved. S90C is a better deal despite the lack of Dolby Vision.
G3 is a much better deal.
For what you gain on the G3 in terms of peak brightness, you lose in terms of colour volume. The S95C has also gone on sale for cheaper, so better off waiting for another deal.
LG really cooked their 2023 lineup.
From all reports the colour variation is minor, the brighness really sells it as its not practical to think you cant use a tv in a bright room. The reviews on the G3 are pretty unanimous in favor of it however the Sony XR pips it in some areas due to better processing.
Its pretty close between all 3 really but having experience with the excellent Amazon like after sales support from LG and hearing horror stories about Samsumg I chose the G3.@Spendmore: The S95C is brighter than the G3 and handles reflections the same bar a slight tint due to the lack of a polariser.
The colour volume difference is very stark in terms of skin tones and other natural scenery, where there is a lot of subtle contrasts in the image. The biggest jump happens with proper BT.2020 content.
I think if you are paying that much for C3, you may as well pay a little more and get G3.
Might want to include the model in title / body.
