          eBayu is being extremely frustrating to deal with when it comes to such promos. I learned my lesson from the last time and I have started taking screenshots now if any offers that eBay makes me. When the promo code isn't issued as promised, call them and complain. They will ask for proof, send them the screenshot and they will email you your unique promo code.

      and ofc eBay cs is the most helpful in world LoL (in saying you need to wait dear customer until you are probably dead then the voucher will be honored)

    Also received nothing last time.

    Anyway, just unticked it, saved it, then went back in and ticked it then saved it again. Won't work, but worth a shot haha.

    Btw you can only follow the instructions on the app, it doesn't work on the website. Also last time I done this I got nothing. So don't hold your breath on it.

    I got this successfully in December from the ebay website. It took a day or two for the voucher to arrive in my email.

    All these people saying they didnt get anything, are you complaining to ebay about it? Its not right that they can advertise this and not honour it and then force people to contact them to receive it. How are they allowed to get away with this?

    My voucher didn't show up in an email. But was applied to my eBay account. Add something to your cart that's $30 and you'll see it

      No luck here. I have tried contacting them a couple of times and they just say that it has been escalated and they will get back to me.

    I got my code, but had to follow up with support multiple times.

    The first chat was 19th of Feb. Got a second follow-up & the code this morning.
    Bit late as I purchased elsewhere (and cheaper)

    My account and app had the banner, but received nothing after 3 days.
    Surprisingly this had worked fine the last 2 times…
