          Yup. Played the first one. Loved it. First game I ever played that involved crafting weapons.

        It's a direct sequel to Dead Island.. not sure why they didn't call it Dead Island 2 instead of the one that's completely different.

      actually really enjoyed the 1st one when it came out, finished it all in single player, then played again co-op with a mate.
      replay ability was non-existent though..

        Yeah I played it in Single Player too.

        Up until then I never experienced adrenaline rushes during a game, and my hands have never been that sweaty playing a video game before haha. That was sooo intense as a single player, then realised it was made for co-op. Whoops.

      It was just 'fine'. Splatting zombies was pretty satisfying and some of the side quests were funny but not memorable overall.

      Not sure about this one, but playing the first one with friends back in the day worked flawlessly. Interstate and overseas over a 30 Mbps connection.

    lol only reason they did this was to promote the second game finally coming to steam. Good one by the developers… but the comments on the announcement not so much.
