  FYI - This doesn't come with the definitve edition for PC, only the original PC release

    Do you mean the original game?. The original PC release (base game) came out some time before the GOTY was released. This includes the GOTY release. The GOTY was later made to include the base game all the DLC which was made for the original release but all in the one game. The GOTY is equivalent to a definitive edition as it's basically the same thing. The same goes for the Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration as it's equivalent of a definitive edition having the season pass containing all the DLC.

      The GOTY release isn't the same as the definitive edition - The GOTY is just the original release with the DLC's included. The definitive edition is the re-release that came out last year for PC that's a port of the PS4/Xbox One version with the upgraded graphics

        Yeah i suppose you're right. But for what i see it seems only the Microsoft Store has the Definitive Edition for PC. Not even Steam has it for sale. Best we got through GOG is the GOTY.

  This was one the Epic game store giveaways a few years ago, check that you have not claimed those games before purchasing

    Yeah i remember that. The only advantage of this is that it's DRM free so it's not locked behind a game client DRM like Epic Games etc.

    Thanks for the warning. I have it on Epic and still bought this deal. Worth every penny to avoid using Epic.

      Yes. Even though GOG has their own game client called GOG Galaxy. Through that game client you can download a DRM free copy of the game installation files (for offline installation) through the Extras section after you click on the game from the "Owned games". It downloads all the offline game installation files automatically and puts it in a folder. It's quite handy.

      What i did is went and bought a 2TB SSD to put some of my favourite GOG offline game installation files on. So i don't need to have internet to later install the games like Cyberpunk 2077 + Phantom Liberty. That's not a small download to have to redownload it.
