Does Free Lynda.com Access for Melbourne City Libraries Still Work ?

There is a forum post "Free Lynda.com Access for Melbourne City Library Service Members"

I am trying to sign up to it.
However when I try and use the website portal https://www.lynda.com/portal/sip?org=melbourne.vic.gov.au it does not work , prompting to enter library ID.
It suggests the library ID is the last part of the URL, melbourne.vic.gov.au, but If I use that I get "Your library doesn’t have access.
Please contact your library with questions or learn more about a subscription." error.

Does anyone know if the deal is still working and what library ID I should use if it is ?

It still works, just different URL.
Linkedin purchased Lynda and renamed it Linkedin Learning, and has since merge the lynda content to it's own website.
