Received an SMS yesterday for 40% off and a bonus meal for the first 99 redemptions. The free meal won't show on checkout but should be included in your box when you receive it, however I would suggest putting in the notes/delivery instructions "Please don't forget free meal".

Muscle Diets are a meal delivery company similar to MyMuscleChef, Thr1ve, YouFoodz. Pretty plain packing, limited selection of meals, but might be worthwhile to try for 40% off if you haven't already. They do have the option to select regular (300g) or large (400g) meals. Large is $1 extra.

      Create your account on the page you get redirected to from the actual checkout page, an option will appear if you choose the subscribe option. That worked for me

    These guys are fantastic value. I get the larger size and my meals work out to be about $5.50 per meal. Meal summary is shown next to the "add to cart" button which displays protein, carb and fat quantities without even going into the meal. Ingredients are natural with no preservatives or msg. While I haven't had one that's tasted excellent, they've all been good to great.

    Can't beat it for value for money imo. My last order was delivered straight to my office and stuck in the freezer. Now I have healthy lunches available for $5.50 whenever I want.

    I had a delivery scheduled for Midnight to 7am this morning with order confirmation. No delivery and no communication. Not impressed.

      Meals where delivered this morning with no notification. Tracking changed multiple times and last I saw was going to be Thursday. Woken at 3am by delivery.
      Received duplicates of a lot of the meals I ordered. So ordered 12 got 19. Including one totally unlabelled.
      No idea why the duplicates. Could be mistake could be apology for late delivery or short expiry?
      Still no comms so no idea.
      Fairly short expiry dates. 5-7 days but will freeze some.
      Lunch meal tasted good.
      So decent product but the communication problems and website have been issues for me.

    Got my meals This afternoon, the estimate was 1pm-2pm and it came around 2pm, got a text about 2 minutes after they left.
