Handy thanks. Son just started prep and runs on a 6 day schedule

    • Does he stay on the top of his schedule, track his schoolwork like an A+ student and seamlessly sync across all his devices now?

I'd hope so! All the best at prep.

    • Don't some schools try to reduce it to 4 day schedule yet?

Are teacher emails on the app screenshot real?

    • Weird question. I wouldn't think so though.

      • -4

I was thinking the developer might have accidentally expose their teachers’ emails, hence the question

        • +2

One would think that teachers will be using the school domain for emails, instead of gmail.com.

Maybe the best way to find bargains is to walk into your local shop and look at the stickers on items. Rather than relying on a bargain website (and increase in AOL dial-up time).

      • -5

Looking for bargains is not on the same level as self organised or ability to navigate.

    • +3

GPS is a typical example, many have lost the ability to navigate.

So…. Use another tool? Like a map? Or a compass? Or a sextant? Or just look at the sky and determine which way is North? Or innately navigate your way to an address you've never been before? Just curious how you think we should be navigating.

That comment was more directed at people who are so reliant on GPS that they can't go home without staring at the phone, or so depending on turn by turn instructions unable to plan a route on their own.

I use GPS all the time, but only as a aiding tool, rather than primary navigator.

          Good on you.

Some people want to use technology. That's not their fault, let them.

Why don't you use pen and paper instead of app for calendar or planning?

If you want to make things harder for you that's fine

Some people quite literally cannot form habits. It’s not their fault, just how their brain is wired. Just like how some people just struggle with directions, it’s not their fault. If being able to use a form of assistance helps keep them organised, then they’re being organised.

Stop relying on a calendar for events. Just remember them, right? Stop relying on your phone or an address book for your contact details. Just call them daily and make a habit, right?

Why do we have to shame people for using things that makes their lives easier?

I remember being told in school "I'm never going to have a calculator in my pocket at all times"…

Sometimes, the ways of doing things get better so why not take advantage, especially when it is something like this and attempting to encourage good habits. Biggest issue is these things are supposed to free up our time, but downtime doesn't exist for most people anymore.

  • I use google calendar!

  • Does anybody know how to transfer an existing calendar to the app like how you can use a link in apple calendar?

    It’s seems not free anymore
