  • are the gummies or tablets more convenient than the powders?

    • Not with the amount you would need to take to get a proper dose. That's also a very subjective question - it might be more convenient for you but not for others so…?

    • Did you mean to ask something else (like effectiveness etc)? It seems incredibly self evident that it's far more convenient to chew a gummy than it is to measure out a quantity of powder, dissolve that powder into water and then drink a whole glass of water!

      Either way you're consuming the same active ingredient so I wouldn't imagine they differ in effectiveness, and gummies are far more expensive than the powder so I'd personally not use them.
