    • sorry its all fixed now

  • -1

so the bargain is the free postage only ???

    • Looks that way.

  • Hey Jv Again:) , Yes $27.50 Discount , Find this quality and design in Australia delivered $129 and we will beat it by extra 10%

    • +1

it's a bit difficult to assess the quality of your product with just an ebay listing and only 4 sold…

  • Surely you can have a look at our feedback score on ebay which is currently sitting at 13089+ and 4- , Also we are open to public as well we have cots, bookshelf, chest draws, change tables on display so you can see and feel them.

Also for your reference our previous design sold out and you can visit ended listing at http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=2… , Just the white colour sold at ebay 211 , + store, + hasbaby.com.au , we also had walnut colour and thats sold out too (1632 of them )

FOUR negs? Pull the other one.

      http://toolhaus.org/cgi-bin/negs?User=has.clearance&Dirn=Rec…

      25 Negative
      117 Neutral
6 Withdrawn (2 removed by eBay)

      • +2

        Oh my…

"Very Aragent ,Wanted to be treated like god when ofering help.Don't recomend"

was the customer asked to sacrifice their first born ?

        • I still remember that one:) was a funny one , good old memories LOL

      • -1

:) funny as LOL ,whats really wrong with that … Ebay showing last 12 Months and everyone knows that , ok to make you feel better lets say we couldnt make only 25 People out of 13000 people since DEC 2008 …

        • +2

Why neg the comment, didn't like being proven a liar?

Ebay may only show the last 12 months worth of negs but they ALL matter as do a lot of the neutrals. The 13089 positives you're cheerfully shoving in our faces are for the entire period of the account so it's quite misleading to claim 13089+ with 4- when the actual number of negs is much higher.

        • -4

No one is a liar in our company , we are honest company and providing a great online shopping experience for everyone… We have giving you the current information as you can see it on ebay. However now we have to report you to ozbargain as you got no rights to call us Liar for any reason , deal is there and it is an amazing deal if you have a child but with this attitude i dont even think you can have a family

        • with about 30% of them occuring since May this year….

        • +1

No one is a liar in our company

          just bending the truth…

you've had a lot more than 4 negs… a whole bunch of them being the last half of this year…

        • +3

… and there's a taste of the arrogance that the feedback above alluded to.

YOU claimed 13089+ and 4- when the actual number of negs can be proven to be significantly more, so how is your claim not a lie?

          1. a false statement made with deliberate intent to deceive; an intentional untruth; a falsehood.
          2. something intended or serving to convey a false impression; imposture: His flashy car was a lie that deceived no one.
          3. an inaccurate or false statement.

Please, do explain, I'd love to hear it.

        • Let's stick to discussing the deal and move on.

        • -2

Ofcourse it is not a Lie , and its not a bad thing negs are actually going down that mean as a company we have improved a lot as you can see. anyway you will not understand how it works , you keep spending your time on your keyboard by trying to argue with working and busy people, we have lots of other genuine questions to answer

        • -2

you need to go back to school to get some mats … ebay showing you last 12 months rating and clearly described there … 30% this year:)

        • +3

Ironic when your literacy fails while insulting a person's "mats" skills.

        • +2

In response to this "but with this attitude i dont even think you can have a family" that you wrote, seriously REP i would not want to deal with you at all. You need to handle things in other way. You may also choose to ignore other peoples attacks but this was just childish.

  • What is the mattress size?

    • +1

you'd hope it's the size of the cradle…

      • Yeah generally you would but this looked like it has a slight taper on it so the actual mattress size was unknown.
The cot length is 860mm and mattress is 850mm so those slats on the end could be 5mm so it gives me an idea of how sturdy it may or may not be.
And I had no idea of the thickness of it.

  • +1

    Mattress size is 850x450x60mm, Thanks

    • +1

      60mm

my doona is thicker than that…

      • +1

Small babies don't really need a thick mattress - that's probably a fairly typical thickness for basinette mattresses.

  • Let's not make this personal. Stick to discussing the deal.

  • +2

For goodness sake - why must so many posts turn this way? Is the Cradle a BARGAIN or NOT?

    • +3

You would find it difficult to find a wooden cradle with mattress for this price. From memory, Target and BigW sell plastic basinets for similar price. Free delivery is a good bonus.

      • +1

Just because something is cheap, does not make it a bargain, you need to consider the quality of the item…

      • +2

But in the case of cheap Chinese sellers - you almost always get what you pay for. This is fine if its something you can treat as disposable (like Meritline's $1 screwdriver kits) but as something you're going to put your child in… I don't know. Personally I'd be putting my $129 towards something that I was sure was going to be of good quality.

        • Because we have advertised this here and price is cheapest in Australia it doesnt Mean it will be a cheap quality product , All our baby products are high quality , meets Australian safety standards, registered trade mark. Also we are not chinese seller proud Australian with european backround family owned company… Same Quality item if you can find it cheaper will beat it by 10% …

Rep, can you provide evidence this meets Australian Standards?

    • +2

none of the links you are posting are evidence that your cot meets the Australian Standards.

      • +1

        REP:

        http://www.productsafety.gov.au/content/index.phtml/itemId/9…

        JV:

none of the links you are posting are evidence that your cot meets the Australian Standards.

The page he linked to simply states that cradles do not have to comply with safety standards.

Why someone would claim that their product complies with safety standards when it clearly doesn't comply with ANY standard, and then provide a link that states that is beyond me. It does a HECK of a lot for their perceived credibility, I'm sure!

But then, this is the same seller who told parents here to get off their computers and start looking after their babies, on a previous occasion that this same discussion came up.

        • -2

You cant even read the posts , "All our baby products are high quality , meets Australian safety standards, registered trade mark." We dont just sell cradles , we have cots and other furniture for nurcery as well , As stated on government website "cradles do not have to comply with safety standards like cots " however there are recommendations which this product produced according to that … JV just come up with a better deal if you have any, i know your heart broken previously by attacking suppliers here on your computer and failed many times but sometimes you need to understand that you gotta loose to win (If you want to Win)

We have received a question "Rep, can you provide evidence this meets Australian Standards?" and we have replied back with the links from government showing that they dont have to comply like cots and however there are recommendations which our cradle meets and produced according to that.

JV: none of the links you are posting are evidence that your COT meets the Australian Standards.
THIS IS NOT A COT JV :) ITS A CRADLE AS SHOWN IN THAT WEBSITE

        • +2

All our baby products are high quality , meets Australian safety standards

          prove it…

        • You cant even read the posts , "All our baby products are high quality , meets Australian safety standards, registered trade mark." We dont just sell cradles

I'm sorry? If you're going to be rude, the least you can do is read your own posts before accusing anyone else of not doing so.

          Product specifications
Brand new comes in flat packed box

  • Also you can get valuable safety information from http://www.productsafety.gov.au/content/index.phtml/itemId/9… and our website www.hasbaby.com.au

  • +3

    Wow.

REP, I would drastically change your attitude if you want to survive in the future.

You have attacked people when they have asked you simple questions that any other REP would be happy to answer.

Why would people buy from an Arrogant seller with an attitude. I don't understand your thought process.

Be a little more positive and only provide truthful facts.

  • +1

No evidence provided and a rep going mental when being questioned means this is way too risky to purchase. The standards exist to significantly reduce the risk of injury and death to your newborn baby. Is your baby's life worth the gamble to save a few dollars and buy a cot from "Tac-Kan Import Export Pty.Ltd."?

  • We do have certificate for all our cots which complies with Australian Safety, More than 5000 newborn babies used Has Baby, All our customers are happy with quality and price. and ones again as shown at those links Cradles only have recommendations, I think the problem here is you guys dosent even know whats cot and cradle , Whatever we say you will downramp this deal anyway, Well its expired now …

    • +3

I think the problem here is you guys dosent even know whats cot and cradle

No that's not what the problem is REP. Problem is that we haven't seen the item physically and we don't know what the quality is like, so we question you only for you to talk back really rudely. We can go down to your store and examine the item personally but with that kind of attitude i wouldn't even let my dog piss in your store. Wish you all the best running a business with that attitude bcos i can guarantee that when people see these responses from you , you won't be open for long. Cheers.

    • +2

Does anyone know what this rep is on about? Telling us that we don't know the difference between a cot & a cradle, but the description of the product in the title and description is:

"Has baby wooden rocker cradle bassinet cot with castors"

      ?
