        I've read that they measure you before and after to try to prove that you've lost fat from a targeted section, but this has proven untrue as all they've done is temporarily compact the fat cells together, and they'll return to normal shortly after.

  there is no such thing as targeted fat loss. there is an order in which the body loses fat.

  you're fat because of the way you live. there is no easy way to rectify it.

    You should consider yourself lucky, I was recently denied the opportunity to buy myself some crocs…the missus said that I didn't meet the bogan criteria!

  Ive tried Hypoxi before- and it did not work for me. They 'recommend' that you change your diet to 'ensure results'. This, together with 30 minutes excersise 3 times a week is what leads to weight loss- not the suction machine.
