ShopBack Upsized Cashback Byron Bay Brewing through First Choice/Liquorland Last Week

Just wondering if anyone has had their cashback confirmed/tracked for the deals they had last week for Byron Bay Brewing beer, or even how long it takes to change from Pending to available….it never said in the deal how long you have to wait….could be like BWS where it is months and months? I did it during the upsized on the cartons on Sat afternoon. It never tracked, so after 2 days I did a query (did it through SB app, paid via Paypal). They put it in as missing cashback, but I have no idea how long it takes for it to change from this to actually tracking the correct amount? Stranger, First Choice still has it as an "open order" and the delivery date keeps getting pushed further back. I have no idea what is going on and if I will even get the $127 cashback for the 5 cartons I ordered. I am unsure if I should just cancel the order and be done with it? No way I am paying full price for this.

    I have stopped using Liquorland cashback offers as I have had so many cashbacks not go through correctly. It just got to the point I think its not worth it for me. The last straw was my wife and I both bought the same liquor at the same time, one cashback tracked, and the other didn't, even though it was clearly clicked on the account page.

    have decided to cancel….the whole thing seems shaky, then to have to wait until May to find out if they end up rejecting it, just taints the whole thing. If it had tracked properly I would have waited, but not now that I had to chase it up.

    as it is all too up in the air and I have never done one of these third party deals through First Choice/Shopback before. I ended up cancelling it and got a full refund. Even though the local store had stock, the order just kept being pushed back for delivery (was now showing as 4th March) and was showing as an "open order"…. many times this is an issue with the order/payment etc, so the whole thing was a bit up in the air. I don't even know if my husband would really like it (there are mixed reviews on it). I would have worn paying for 5 cartons and he thought it was so-so and get $127 cashback, but not if we didn't even get that. Not worth the long wait and the risk. If it had tracked properly, I would have waited, the fact I had to do the claim?…..
