      Bummer!! Seems like they're cancelling because of unexpected demand rather than security if you called through to verify / authorise

    Called them yesterday and verified myself. Just called them to see status - was told it's still under review and no guarantee on how long it will take.

    I guess it's a good outcome vs being cancelled? Already lined up a pricematch at officeworks for the iPhone and needs the gift card ASAP before they say no to pricematch…

    2/3 received, 1/3 still pending and just called about it then, I told them it's non-fraudulent and they'll process the transaction without any issues, just tell them it's not fraudulent because their system picks up the card as suspicious after two completed transactions. The guy said ETA end of COB.

    • I've tried calling them multiple times. After the queue music ends it just rings out to silence and then eventually the call ends.

      • I had a similar issue - in fact it's one particular operator who picks up the phone - sometimes you can hear her but she cuts in and out - probably can't hear her 97% of the time. She spends a few minutes on the phone asking "can you hear me" throughout.

        I keep ringing back and hope I get a different operator. Was successful after 3 calls (13 min + 13 min + 19 mins on the phone) reached another operator…

        They should just take her off the shift if she can't take calls.

    I have just received the eVisa card by email.

      same thing for me, only one gift card ordered and cancelled.

      how nice for them to invite us to revisit and place the order again when the fees are now back.

      this should warrant some kind of ban, it's bait and switch advertising.
