As someone very wise once said: 🐐. Ozb loves an ITX banger, so here's a 12400F RTX 4060 build in the super awesome all-aluminium white Leaper Edge ITX case, with dual side panels (ventilated and glass).

And, more ultra-high tier 4090 builds for shipping in March, at all-time lows. If anyone has an unshipped 4090 order from Feb and would like to claim the $15 difference, please email [email protected] and we'll arrange it - price match applies to unshipped orders only.

Just want to let everyone know - don't bother with replacing the riser cable. I purchased one of these and did the swap today https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/aw/d/B0BJBG13P7/. The stand-offs are a bit different but I got it in there. I changed to PCIe4 in the BIOS, booted and the stuttering / BSODs persists. Going back to PCIe3 fixes it.

Looks like a motherboard issue rather than the riser cable.

        • Thanks for sharing this. It could be an issue of either motherboard or riser cable. Did you ever try to insert the GPU in the PCIe Slot of mb directly?

        • Did you get a 200mm one or 300mm one?

          • @qkpqkp: 200mm is enough. The one it comes with is the same size.

        • Is there much of a performance difference between PCIe3 and PCIe4 for RTX 4060?

          • @congo: Not that I can tell (not an expert). I've been mostly playing Hitman and GTA 5 on it with no issues at 1440P. I guess it depends on the game and how much bandwidth it needs over the PCIe link.

  • My PC is also lagging and stuttering really bad too. Have made the BIOS update to Gen 3 (as advised) and its still not fixed the issue

  • If I want to get a riser for this build, should I get a 90 degree or 180 degree one? Is 20cm long enough?
