        It does cost a lot to do custom embroidery. I just randomly checked one place that did caps in Australia and they charged $31.36 to do one hat.

        Edit: Hmm, maybe that was for a large logo. Cheaper for smaller ones. Anyways, custom embroidery isn't exactly cheap and I guess they will charge an extra premium on top of that.
