Item Model Number: GGS20145ML

Hey everyone. Not quite sure what to make of this listing. It says they are $6.99 each. If you look up the Item Model Number, it does bring up some fancy looking (and expensive) Card Storage boxes. Amazon is supplying them so I guess if they aren't these big boxes we can contact Customer Service and sort something out. Usually $7 doesn't even really get you a cardboard box so I'm just going to see what you get.

Note, you can order a Max of 5 (per account I'm guessing). A second attempt brought up an error at checkout. There is a 1-2 day delay on shipment too.

Edit: boxoid purchased these last week and said they received sleeves instead of boxes backing up AutomationGuy's thoughts. For some reason some of us had the items "Shipped" then the status reverted to just "Ordered". You may have a chance to cancel if you don't want to deal with any potential return issues. I'm still going to go for gold though.

    got 3 but i think it's a stuff up, says 'clear' so it's probably for the clear divider.

    Definitely a listing error. The tech specs are the black case. The about, detailed description and price are all for clear protective sleeves. Which one you get is a gamble, but I'm leaning towards getting the sleeves.

    It got marked OOS, then relisted at $127ish.

    I'm just hoping that Amazon being a monolithic company honours the price error orders that were placed, as the new price fits the description/pictures, so hopefully they don't send me some outer-sleeves.

      Normally you get stuck with a product that doesnt match the description and have to convince Amazon that what they sent is wrong.

      Worst case we have the hassle of returning it and having to make a trip to the post office

        I mean, I buy cardboard boxes for my cards for like $7 each so I took a gamble. I also buy card sleeves so that also wouldn't be the end of the world. I guess if we get a big box then 👍. If it's just a small package full of card sleeves I'll have to try to work something out. I don't necessarily have to return them.

        We do have a few things on our side. The item number and pictures all lined up with everything including the title (at least when I made the purchase). There are also no sleeves attached to these listings whatsoever.

        Edit: Also if you look below the listing, the two (recent) reviews are for the clear version. They aren't the most glowing reviews (they actually both sent theirs back) but if we get the boxes I'm not going to complain for $6.99. Looks like fré paid €75 for his.

        I work for a place with a daily AusPost pickup and packing material, so no trips to the post office for me. Just print the label, chuck it in a satchel and I'm home free :)

    I bought a few things of these last week and they have shipped. I would suggest that posting here, and a spike in traffic on the item may have alerted Amazon and that they will just refund the items and not ship them.

        Mine was marked as shipped and got a tracking number, but now looking at it again today, it's no longer marked as 'Shipped' and the tracking number has been removed.

          Yeah, same. I did think it was weird it was shipped so quickly when they said there would be a delay. It was by courier too which never happens, at least not via that screen. I'm hoping they still send them out.

          boxoid who bought this before us reckons they got card sleeves. If your parcel hasn't been sent out you can maybe cancel? I will still go through with the purchase "just in case". Even if they send me card sleeves I can probably still use them somehow as I'm a compulsive sleever. I'll just try to convince them to give me a small credit instead of refunding and returning. Card sleeves especially the premium and specialty ones don't really get discounted much I don't think.

      I guess people can cancel but I'll just see what I get and talk to them about it. I use card sleeves so I won't necessarily return them straight away.

      I'm still waiting for them to ship. I don't know if they have already been shipped but something changed their status back to ordered. Not sure what would happen if they just turned up.
