  Beware this store might try to avoid it's warranty obligations -

  Purchased Basketball set for my son, broke after 5ish months.
  Like welding broke, no injury luckily.
  They even wrote me to say outdoor conditions may have broke it, i replied was that supposed to be indoors?
  Still waiting for resolution.
  They don't pick up phone for hours and they do call back with no results.

    Look for something like Segway G30 cheap. These Xiaomi Pro 2 knock offs can have really bad build quality and snap.

        I suggested the G30 because it's in the $500 range. F2 Pro is decent enough at $1000. Plenty of better options for $1500+

  Beware! Dodgy company. They have multiple storefronts - a quick search of their Smithfield address will reveal all of them. Trust me there's at least 5 different store names under the same ownership. Why would a legitimate company need different names to run their business. There's a reason.

    Please avoid for anything you may need support/warranty for.

    I've been to their Mulgrave store - very minimal staff (pushy to sell), few customers waiting to complain wanting to return/refund.
    I bought a slate pool table from them that was in stock and able to delivered the following week. Self assembled knowing that if anything went wrong I would have to rectify it myself. I knew what I was getting myself into. Luckily I wasn't missing any parts and glad that I chose to self install as I've read their installers won't bother levelling it.
    They are only interested in selling products with zero after sales support.
    Don't trust their Google Rating - its all fake reviews. Read the 1 and 0 star real ratings where people have waited 3-6months for refunds and resolution.

  Given they operate multiple online companies under the same roof, and all the negative reviews on google for each of them, I'd avoid completely.
