TRANSPARENT KEYCAPS – Deliver premium and shining RGB experiences with Akko ASA Clear keycap sets! Made by polycarbonate, the keycap is solid and translucent without the reinforcing rib so that your switches and RGB array can shine through much more compared to clear keycaps V1. Characters on the ASA Clear keycaps are processed through UV printing with wear-resistant and scratch-resistant tests, and are not easily wiped off.

ULTIMATE CUSTOMIZATION FLEXIBILITY – Comes with Akko ASA profile, the 155-key keycap set is suitable for a variety of layouts including 61-key(60%), 64-key, 68-key (65%), 84-key (75%), 87-key (TKL), 98-Key (Classic 1800), 100-Key (96%), Alice and full 108-key size, and thus offers strong flexibility for keyboard personalization.
MAC KEYCAPS & NOVELTY KEYS – The keycap set is designed for both Windows and Mac users, where Mac modifiers CMD/OPT are offered in different sizes. The transparent keycap set also features extra cute animal themed novelty keys for decoration.

ASA PROFILE – Akko's proprietary ASA profile is tailored to offer a more familiar and comfortable typing experience by matching the height for OEM profile while maintaining the aesthetics and spheric top of the classic SA profile.

FOR MX STRUCTURE SWITCHES – Compatible with MX structure mechanical switches and mainstream keyboards including but not limited to Cherry, Gateron, Akko and Kailh. Large keys of non-standard layout & stabilizers may not be compatible.

  • So I could buy any other Akko keyboard and just swap them out for these then?

    That's pretty cool

Any keyboard, as long as it uses the standard ANSI layout and the switches have MX stems

ie. most gaming keyboards won't work with these keycaps because they have weird layouts, especially the bottom row.

If you look at the description,

Eh, this is actually a 155 set of keycaps. It would fit a majority of layouts.

  • got the black version for more than $50 a few months ago :( it's a fingerprint magnet

  • Anko from Kmart?

    • +6

Yeah, you could Akko your Anko.

      • I wouldn't :-)

  • Would these work with a blitzwolf bw-kb1

    • yes, these are mx style keycaps (fit about 90% of kbs) and it should fit yours

  • I like Akko keycaps, they feel like decent quality for the price but, correct me if I'm wrong, the ASA keycaps are similar to an SA profile and can feel a little tall. Still, seems like a good price to me if you like that.

ASA is still much shorter than SA. Sort of a middle ground.

Either, it's worth trying SA. I did on a whim and now I've swapped both my boards over.

  • Fun for a bit.

I have a Mechlands MC66 have with transparent keycaps(thanks Amazon low quantity thread!). It has a smooth texture which, to me, didn't feel great.

Pudding is probably a more balanced option if you love RGB.
