If you're between 16-20 years old, when you enter your date of birth on the sign up screen, you will be given an alert for the promotion. Covers 4 callouts per year, and I'm sure further fees will apply for repairs, etc.

100%. I purchased a cheapo dash cam for $60 last year and it's come in handy in 2 accidents already. I'm already looking to upgrade to a full front and back set. (And before anyone calls me out for getting into so many accidents, 1. I'm in Melbourne 2. I drive about 70,000km a year for work.)
Third party property insurance should be a legal requirement to be allowed on the roads.
There should be a limit by law on repair bills. If I'm at fault for crashing into a Ferrari and I have no third party, I'm not paying, I'm bankrupt. There's 1 benefit from housing unaffordability!
