      So scheduled breakfast order for tomorrow morning.

    So I sent a scheduled order in when the store was still open on doordash. 2 hours later, the order got cancelled by store and the promo code was gone. Contacted Doordash customer service, they said they can't reactivate the promo code. Better luck next time

        Oh, I selected help with that order, then contacted support. Then the bot redirected the issue to a live agent, which was useless anw :/

          Ok thanks. How do you contact support or get to a live agent? I used to be able to do it but now it just seems to go around in circles and never connects me to anyone not even the bot. This is in the app. Sorry, any more details would be appreciated thanks.

            @Skatez: So on the app, I clicked on account (the human icon on the top right), then scroll to get help near the bottom; then click on the order you wanna choose. It will go to another page saying what do you need help with, click contact support, then you'll reach the live chat. Hope that helps

    Quite some story for me. I knew the Soul Origin's menu on Door Dash is never updated. I was anyway going to pick-up, so I went to the store, prior to ordering and saw what's available. I went during Breakfast hours and selected Breakfast Menu on the app.

    They keep it on display so can easily see.
    I could see
    Bacon and Egg Wrap ($9.90) - marked up from RRP $7.90
    Bacon and Egg Roll ($9.90) - marked up from RRP $7.90
    Chorizo and Egg Wrap ($9.90) - marked up from RRP $7.90
    Chorizo and Egg Roll ($9.90) - marked up from RRP $7.90

    The "Breakfast Wraps" were way too tiny, so decided to go in for Chorizo and Egg Roll, but I literally saw the last one being picked up by another gal, just as I was ordering. So decided to go for Bacon and Egg Roll.

    Discount $9.90
    Paid $0.00

    Not bad for Free Breakfast.

    Got a free protein shake and a free breakfast wrap on both accounts (1 free order per account using code, pickup). However on picking up at my local store, I made the rookie mistake of bringing my bratty 4 year old son who upon seeing my food and drink, wanted his own and started to have a massive tantrum rolling on the ground kicking and screaming (tantrum worsened when I offered to share my food with him)

    In the end had to spend $7 and buy him his own smoothie. Soul Origin had the last laugh.

    Lesson to all ozzybarginers: don’t bring your kids if you want a totally free feed

    doesnt work. for new doordash customers only - edit he has called me and confirmed it is not for first time doordash customers, just restaurant first timers. I have asked them to fix this error.
    The promotion cannot be applied to this order. Please remove or use another promotion code.

    i thought it is for first time customers of soul origin- apparently new doordash customers only can use this code. pretty pointless.

      Is it a newly created doordash account? I tried that and I receive the same error. That might be why?
