the last time i spent $600 on a video card, that was on a measly 6800gt…on release week…never again. I felt like an idiot afterwards, though it did lasted me few years.

    • Lol : ) Sorry Mun, i couldn't help it.

  • Alot better value for money now compared to 6xxxgt days.

  • They sold Zotac GTX680 with the same price before

Obligatory caveat emptor for the non-techies: This is a very high end card, no point spending the extra $200 unless you have higher res (more than 1080p) or multiple monitors, mid range cards are quite a bit better bang-for-buck at the moment.

  • I wouldn't say its a saving of $40 since they always had the MSI gtx 680 for $499 with an extra year warranty as well. Still a good deal nonetheless.

I would grab the 7970 radeon instead, theyre cheaper, and peform better.

omg i hate those stock fans so so so so so so much. would not touch one like that ever again.

    • I agree my GTX 670 is overheating to around 90 degrees with stock settings. Regret not paying extra $50 instead for wind force version

    • I don't understand your neg? Can you elaborate?

      • -2

there no need to elaborate. My image link already prove that 7970GE > 680 (this card)

        • What a pathetic neg vote!
You do know this is Oz-BARGAIN, not Oz-What-Card-Is-Faster?
If you can find this card cheaper post the link.

        • Flyeroz, I agree! But also, this is the only way I can seem to private message you about the Bosch mower you bought, I'm in Sydney not too far from Newcastle, would you be willing to sell the extra you got? I'm having trouble getting one from overseas and don't want to pay Bunnings price!

LOL noob…. BF3 engine is older than MOH engine. They both running Frostbite engine 2.It just that MOH happen to be running version 2. You are linking old engine benchmark which happen to run on older driver. Also nice selective responds after being proven wrong by me finding a cheaper deal than this card, with proof that this card is faster than 680 to the present pc tech. Any who vote with your wallet.

you do realise that MOH:Warfighter is newer…
