Just bought some myself, seems like a pretty good deal although not all time low. Plenty of ways to get Good Guys Commercial

  • Thank you! My wife loves my ones, so have been waiting for a deal to get her a pair!

  • Good price, got my black ones for $405 + 10 postage from TGG OCT 22, just called them up and asked for a deal. Worth a go if you don't have TGG commercial.

Be warned if you have a Samsung TV, these may not connect via bluetooth to the TV. I picked up the CH-720N model thru recent ozbargain deal and sure enough no BT connection to my samsung (well it connects then crashes immediately). THANKFULLY it does connect to my Nvidia Shield but still some annoyance even with the shield bc cant use TV remote for headphone volume.

There is a samsung community forum post regarding this: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/QLED-and-The-Frame/Samsu… as well as a public article: https://www.t3.com/news/sonys-best-wireless-headphones-might…

If not for the Samsung TV issue I would probably grab this deal bc the CH720 are so good that the superior model must be even better

    • Just get a Google TV, usually better experience than even new TVs with android TV.

      • I'll keep that in mind when I need to buy a new TV. Definitely wont be another Samsung, the headphone only one of a few significant issues I've had with it.

That's no good, you would think Samsung and Sony are an automatic choice.

The thing is, the google TV (CCwGTV) and similar usual alleviates most issues (and would even save you having to buy a better/smart TV., so you could easily add one - but shouldn't have to if paying too dollar for a Sammy TV.

I got one of those big W Eko 4k 65" TVs a few years ago for $699 and it's been fantastic haha. Good setup with a Q950A soundbar.

          • @G-rig: I have Edifier bookshelf speakers which are great, but again the damn Samsung TV didn't recognise the brand for WIRED HDMI setup (bluetooth was fine) and there's no analog audio out connection. Bluetooth connection fine but meant having to use separate remote. AV guru mate solved the wired connection for me but I had to shell out some bucks for a small device called an ARC Audio Extractor.

            • @cdchi1975: Yeh usually easier with an AV receiver or amp, hard to rely on some standalone speakers and stuff these days

  • Are these still the same price i dont have access to the commercial site

    • Yes, same price. Checked just now.
