    • Gerni has a lower nominated PSI rating, but you'd have to look at the actual PSI in the manuals/online for both.
They are both 7.5L / minute machines… which is pretty good. And that's potentially a better measure than PSI.
My bunnings says the Gerni is $499.

  • Aldi is bringing one for $129 next week, with patio cleaner attachment.

    • Link please ?

      • I saw in the catalogue, they generally update the special buys section in Tuesday night, so please check their website tomorrow.

  • Does anyone have a solution/prevention for rust developing at the end of the hose that connects to the gun?

  • Are these powerful enough for deep cleaning bricks and concrete, or is it better to hire one from somewhere?

    • I have this and the patio cleaner attachment. It works well but wont get all the stuff out of the concrete/brick. I would say it gets it 75% of the way there. To get it spotless you would need something that basically destroys the upper layer and this wont do that.

      • @sobanault Thanks for the feedback. I was just thinking about the good results you see on those YouTube videos, where the guy rocks up and gets everything looking knew again. But it sounds like you really need to hire an industrial strength one for those results.

Did you mean the really strong ones actually take material off the brick/concrete? Yikes!

        • They do. Not much, just a thin layer if you do it right. But over time…
I have limited practical experience with these, but have done some research before buying.
So far it's great for my needs. Would probably be good if it was just a bit more powerful, but you would need to pay a lot more to get it. All in all, great outcome for the price.
