Would these be genuine, is AliExpress trustworthy for genuine products?
I use a similar version to this one Mileseey https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/155889553559?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mk… and like the additional buttons to quickly change settings.
The Mileseey is accurate enough except when the laser is too close to a sidewall and it will throw the reading off - it does not affect the simple room measurements I use it for. The casing is plastic fantastic so if you use it a lot there would be better alternatives. If I had a higher budget would recommend green laser for distance and outdoor use and tougher casing such as Bosch blue series, Milwaukee, etc. Ozito has their own version and last I checked it had good reviews.
