ubank Login Fail

Is anyone else having Ubank problems?
I’ve got an old 86400 rebranded account, only ever used the app.
Instead of automatically logging in with TouchID, it’s asking for passcode then the next page is stuck at Use TouchID? Page.

Ubank website then gives error message when attempting to contact them.

I’ve updated app
Deleted app and re-downloaded
Go through the process and get stuck at same page

Any suggestions?

  • Logged on fine just now, app on iPhone, might be just your end.
    Website works fine here too.

    Try on and off WiFi and with or without a VPN.

      They are with me bank, not u bank.

  • Eventually got it sorted out with the call centre.
    Overseas call centre but got through straight away without being on hold so was pretty impressed
